  • The balloon is in the air for about 60–90 minutes, but plan for 3–4 hours total including hotel pickup, breakfast, and the champagne/landing ceremony.

  • Cappadocia's balloon operators are licensed and heavily regulated, with pilots required to hold commercial certification. Flights are cancelled if wind conditions aren't within safe limits — safety takes priority over schedule.

  • You'll be rebooked for the next available morning. Since payment is on arrival, there's no refund process needed — you simply reschedule.
