By accessing or using the Site, booking the Bosphorus Dinner Cruise, purchasing our Istanbul Coloring Book, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes to read our travel content, browse services, and make bookings or purchases. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

  • Copy, reproduce, or republish our content without permission

  • Attempt to interfere with the Site's security or functionality

2. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, photos, guides, itineraries, logos, and the "Wayfind Trip" name and branding, is owned by Wayfind Trip or used under license, unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content commercially without prior written permission.

Content submitted through our "Write for Us" program remains subject to the terms agreed at submission; by submitting content, contributors grant Wayfind Trip a license to publish, edit, and distribute it on the Site and associated channels.

3. Travel Information Disclaimer

Our guides, itineraries, and recommendations are provided for general informational and inspirational purposes. Travel conditions (opening hours, prices, safety, availability, entry requirements, etc.) can change without notice. We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy, and you should independently verify details before traveling.

4. Bosphorus Dinner Cruise Bookings

  • Bookings for the Bosphorus Dinner Cruise are made by contacting us via Facebook Messenger or the contact details on our Site.

  • A booking is only confirmed once we have communicated confirmation to you directly (e.g., via Messenger or email).

  • Prices, availability, and cruise details are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

  • Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking. In the absence of a specific agreement, cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure may not be eligible for a refund.

  • We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by weather, third-party operators, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Coloring Book and Product Purchases

Our Istanbul Coloring Book is sold via Amazon KDP and/or directly through the Site's cart, where applicable.

  • Purchases made on Amazon are subject to Amazon's own terms of sale, shipping, and return policies.

  • Purchases made directly through our Site are subject to the payment and fulfillment terms shown at checkout.

  • We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately but do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or availability are error-free.

6. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Bookings

The Site contains affiliate links to third-party providers (such as Viator) for tours, activities, and accommodations. When you click these links and make a booking, you are entering into a contract directly with that third party, subject to their own terms and conditions. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Türkiye, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
